Black Bear. Didn't maul me. Probably because I was standing on the side of a road with about 25 other people, and 3 park rangers.
Another view. It is hard to get a good image of an animal that is eating shrubs, espcially when your camera has a slight lag between when you push the button, and the picture is taken.
